Help an External Funding unit of a pharma discover and launch novel innovation and partnering opportunities

In this project we helped the client sharpen the positioning of the External Funding group within the company’s global operation and increase internal visibility of the group among the business units and externally to existing & potential partners in public-private partnerships and others. We also explored new & actionable opportunities for innovation partnerships and funding opportunities through collaborative discussion and brainstorming.

Healthskouts delivered inspirational content and designed & facilitated a creative workshop to achieve those aims. Our inspirational talk brought a big picture view of the future of health, and how that future can be created through ecosystem innovations (e.g. visionary public-private R&D projects in areas such as supply chain, manufacturing, R&D and more). We also designed a tailored creative workshop format so that small groups of participants could focus step-wise on a series of topics and domains, ultimately leading to the creation of several coherent and actionable elevator pitches. The event become the launch pad for a number of ambitious but feasible projects and collaborations.

First, Koen Kas delivers an energising presentation focused squarely on the workshop topic: think innovative cases, best practices, trends, technological evolutions and digital solutions. A super inspirational outline of what is possible, today and tomorrow. We also tap into our world-leading library of digital solutions and best practices.

In the second part of the workshop, we facilitate a highly structured group process to tap into the collective knowledge and creative potential of all the participants. The workshop’s “Delight Thinking” methodology is based on scientifically validated creative thinking methods. In this way, we conclude the workshop with a number of very concrete action points. Equally important is the strong commitment and ‘sense of ownership’ that is created through the workshop dynamics. This ensures that the workshop results do not gather dust, but become the launchpad for new initiatives that you can start working on immediately after the workshop.
